Ongoing machine projects at AB-Inventech A/S
AB-Inventech A/S has developed a new backing dispenser for the carpet industry in cooperation with Fletco Tæpper A/S. The dispenser is designed to unroll backing continuously. It can pick the backing roll up from the floor using two pneumatic lifting units. These lifting units have adjustable brakes, ensuring that the material is not dispensed unintentionally.
The dispenser has the following specifications:
· Speed controlled by jockey roller with potentiometer
· Speed regulated by frequency-control gear motor
· Web tension determined by weight of jockey roller
· Pneumatic roll suspension
· Manual braking of mechanical expansion shaft
· Roll capacity of 800 kg
